Paying for Your Education

For those who qualify, there are financial aid resources available to assist students with meeting the cost of college, including loans, scholarships, and grants. The Student Financial Services department works individually with students to help them understand financial options and payment plans. No matter what stage a student is in, we are here to help.

Please refer to the Student Financial Services webpage for the current tuition and fees. Financial assistance including federal loans is available to degree-seeking students. If your employer provides tuition assistance, you can participate in Augsburg’s employer tuition reimbursement program.

TUITION GRANTS

Augsburg Partnership Grant

Individuals who are employed by corporations/institutions participating in the Augsburg Partnership Grant program and enrolled in any graduate program are eligible for a tuition discount in the form of a grant. This discount may also apply to students who have successfully completed a Leadership Course from participating Chambers of Commerce. The grant for graduate programs is currently $80.00/credit. Grants and/or discounts are not stackable.

Alumni Discount

Students who received their bachelor’s degree from Augsburg University and return to Augsburg as either an Adult Undergraduate or Graduate student are eligible to receive a grant. Please make sure your admissions counselor is aware that you are an Augsburg graduate. The grant amount for the academic year for graduate programs is $80.00/credit. Scholarships

DMSc Educational Leadership Grant

Designed to attract and encourage applicants who are currently serving as educators in the PA profession and are dedicated to advancing equity-minded leadership. This grant will be offered for the DMSc fall 2025 cohort only. By supporting these individuals, Augsburg aims to build a robust community of educators who will lead with integrity, inspire others, and positively impact health outcomes.

Aspiring Graduate Student Scholarship

At Augsburg University, we believe that graduate education should be accessible to all students, regardless of financial barriers. The Aspiring Graduate Scholarship is designed to support aspiring graduate students who are first-generation scholars and/or demonstrate financial need, helping them take the next step in their academic and professional journeys.
