Auggie Entrepreneurship Cup

The Auggie Entrepreneurship Cup creates innovative business opportunities for Augsburg students while positively impacting the Twin Cities’ entrepreneurial community.

The objective of the Auggie Cup is to accelerate the development of Augsburg students to achieve future entrepreneurial success through core curriculum, collaboration between undergrad and MBA students, incubator experiential learning and mentorship with successful local business leaders.

Student groups will spend the fall semester working on a business plan for a local entrepreneur’s idea and will present their work at the Auggie Cup on December 2024 (exact date TBD) in the Hagfors Center for Science, Business and Religion on Augsburg University’s campus. The top three teams will be determined by a panel of judges consisting of the business advisory council, faculty and possibly the major sponsor. Winning teams earn scholarship awards. Local business leaders will have the opportunity to meet and mentor students from the most diverse student body in the Midwest.
