The Registrar's Office is an integral component in Augsburg's service and support structure. We provide a high level of service to students, faculty, and staff through facilitating all aspects of the academic programs offered by the College. Our office goal is to operate in a way that allows students and faculty to focus on academic, social, and civic engagement, rather than focusing on administrative processes.
The Registrar Office maintains the master course list, builds the course schedule for each term, coordinates the academic calendars, and provides registration services to the College. We are responsible for processing official transcript requests, evaluating all transfer course work, and conducting degree audits for students nearing graduation. Staff members also provide support to students withdrawing from college, students returning to college after leave of absence, and students who receive Veterans Affairs education benefits.
