Undergraduate: BA in Psychology & Family Studies at St. Olaf College
Graduate: Sports Management/Higher Education Administration at University of Minnesota, Leadership in Student Affairs at University of St. Thomas
Tell us about yourself: I grew up on a dairy farm in Southern Wisconsin and am the youngest of four siblings.  I swam competitively through college and was coaching until I started here at Augsburg full time last year.  I miss coaching but enjoy having free time to spend my weekends hiking, biking, reading, and running.  I can usually be found biking and eating all the wonderful food that the Twin Cities has to offer. I have only been at Augsburg for a little over year now but I love this place and am always willing to work with students to answer any questions and help navigate the institution.

Tell us about yourself: I grew up playing soccer, basketball, and rugby. I still participate in soccer and basketball leagues but had to retire my rugby cleats. I love supporting women’s sports – so you might find me at a Lynx game with my husband and our two boys. Otherwise I am driving my kids to activities, listening to comedy podcasts, reading, and watching my favorite shows – such as “Broad City”, “Veep”, “Last Week Tonight with John Oliver” or “Full Frontal with Samantha Bee”. I have worked Augsburg for over a decade because I believe in the students. If I am your advisor – please make an appointment or send me an email – I enjoy helping students navigate their education.
