Official transcripts cannot be released if you have an unpaid balance greater than $250, unless you meet one of the following conditions:
- The transcript is to be sent directly to an employer.
- You have been participating in an extended payment plan for more than a month and are current on that plan.
- You have enrolled in an extended payment plan within the last month and have made your initial payment.
- Your account has been turned over to a collection agency
If you have a unpaid balance below $250 or meet one of these conditions, you may order a transcript by visiting the registrar’s office and submitting a request.
