Submitting Forms and DOcuments
For your security, we ask that all documents are uploaded via Augsburg’s Secure File Exchange.
- Select Secure Upload.
- Choose Augsburg Student Financial Services/Financial Aid
- Enter your name, email address, title of the document and message.
- Click Select file to send (Regular Upload). Then click on Browse to find the document you wish to submit.
- Final step, click on Upload & Send.

Student Account Forms
Itemized Statements are requests for statements meant for primarily employer reimbursement purposes once a term has ended. It will show course grades, charges, and payments/aid. DO NOT request a statement for an upcoming term. If you need a statement for an upcoming term, view “Your Bills” in your Augnet Account.
