Domestic Abuse Service Center – Provides help with Orders for Protection and Harassment Restraining Orders. 612-348-5073. Servces people who are victims of ciolence caused by a family or household member. This includes anyone who has been the victim of actual OR threatened violence by a person with whom they have had a romantic or sexual relationship, or people who have lived together.
